How to use this sheet
- Print the PDF at the start of a reading challenge or the new year.
- List each book as you finish it — title, author, genre (fiction, mystery, memoir, sci-fi, etc.), and the format you used.
- Rate it 1–5 and note the date you finished.
- If you're working through a reading challenge with categories, fill in the matching category in the last column.
- At year's end, count rows and note which categories you hit or missed.

Which reading challenges work with this tracker?
Any challenge that uses categories — PopSugar Reading Challenge, Read Harder, Goodreads annual challenge, library summer reading programs. The last column is intentionally blank so you can write your own category labels.
What if I read a book but didn't finish it?
That's your call. Many readers log DNFs (did-not-finish) with a note — 'DNF at 40%' — because it's useful information for future you and for recommendations. Others only log completed reads. The sheet works either way.
