How to use this sheet
- Print the PDF and keep it in your current read or on your nightstand.
- When you start a book, fill in the title, author, genre, and start date.
- When you finish, fill in the date, page count, and your rating from 1–5.
- Write a one-line note — a favorite quote, what you thought of it, who you'd recommend it to. A year later, that one line is often the whole memory.
- At the end of the year, count the rows — your annual reading total is already there.
